    Default where have u mounted your filter relocation kit in your MX83

    i have just bought a summit relocation kit, i was just wondering where u guys have mounted the oil filter
    I have the battery still in the engine bay so thats not an option
    JZX83+ FMIC+ Twin 2.5" dumps to 3"+ FCD+ 2800rpm stallie+ 14psi - LSD - good tyres = 12.85 @105.58

    mounted so you dont dump oil everywhere when removing the filter?

    for ease of access I would think the glove box would be a beauty of a spot

    Seen them behind the passenger strut tower.

    Why not relocate the battery as it is cheap, easy, better to have weight at the back and then you have a spot for your oil filter

    Washer bottle is behind the strut tower on the pax side, so you will need to relocate that..

    You can mount it low beside the engine like I think Ribfeast did, - I mean, sure, it's not as easy to get too than if it was on the top, but you can make it easier than stock, and you need to crawl underneath anyway to remove the sump plug,,,
    I chose to relocate the battery..

    i'm gonna mount it under the rh headlight, heaps of room, plus since i wanna run a cooler later on it wont be out of the way

    I mounted it next to the sump. It is only zip tied though as there is nothing to bolt to. Stuck some strong hard drive magnets to it to attract metal particles.
