20v silvertop Torque settings

[KE25 RACER]

Im after torque settings for 4age20v Silvertop engine.
Mains
Big Ends
Head

Does anyone know where i can access these or does anyone have them handy?

pretty sure its
Mains 60Nm
Big Ends 29Nm then 90degrees
Head 30Nm then 90degrees then 90degrees

above is correct i had to tighten these suckers up recently
