arp torque settings 4age

rebuilt my 4agze motor on sun but i need the settings for the arp conrod bolts
i have torqued the headbolts to 60 ft lb
main stud to 60 ft lb

have searched found the other settings in advanced 4age

40 ft lb for the rod bolts

chamfer on the washer supplied goes up to the head of the bolt

Where did you get the 68ftlb for the main caps from ? .... i might be mistaken but i remember them to be 60ftlb...
