Give CRS a call, they will sell you a complete kit (flywheel, bellhousing, clutch, clutch slave, etc), including a rebuild W58 if you want them to.

dam man, we think alike......i was thinking the EXACT same thing a few nights ago....thinkin bout doing a manual Celsior conversion (if i get the Celsior)...was reading a webpage called Thor-Thunder who have made conversion bell housing adapters....it used the std auto 1uz-fe auto bell-housing with a custom made (laser cut) adapter plate (w58/w59)
so yea....they also supplied complete kit (as written in last post!)
hope this helps ya a bit!

no 1 seems to understand what im asking.
i know u can get kits but i have found the adaptor plate for cheap but im wondering how u use the auto bell housing when there is no place for the clutch fork. thor racing uses some hydrolic set up iv found adpator plate for around 200 and i already have auto bell housing and w58. iv also found flywheel and clutch kit for $400us
Easiest way would be to use something like this:
That's for a W58, not R154 like the Thor one. Maybe ask Ed_jza80 how much to make one for you.
Or you could punch a hole in the side or the auto bellhousing, carefully machine in a spot for the clutch fork pivot ball and machine in a spot to mount the slave cylinder. Probably quite a few hunj just in machining costs.
Good idea buying that cheap adaptor ring.

that looks sweet but i be its pricey. has anyone been to http://www.monster-performance.com/modules/shop
they have bellhousings, clutchs, flywheels for convertions
and there cheap to has anyone tryed these.
im trying to get into contact with this guy that sells them to see if he will send to
aus let hope he will
Can you link us to the W series adaptor plate?
I've seen a few around over the years, but its always been something the owner has fabbed up himself.
The only commercially available one I know of is the Thor one, but thats for the R154, not the W series.

And that monsterperformance link you can clearly see the CRS casting in the bellhousing (note that bellhousing looks to be W50 to 253 or 308, and nothing to do with W5x to 1UZ).
Based on that I wouldn't be surprised if the flywheel/clutch are CRS items either.
It will be much cheaper to get CRS gear locally.

the thor version already has the throwout bearing pattern drilled into it (from looking at 5kgt's one)
but why not just use the CRS kit? mos' one seems decent enough and considering weverything is designed to bolt together it will save you alot of rooting around.
their clutch isn't what i would call a high performance part but im sure they could do a H/D version.
cheers

The CRS clutch/fryingwheel certainly aren't anything fancy, but then they're quite a level above dellow... (note deliberate lack of capital D)
My suggestion is to use the CRS housing, and a better flywheel etc.
