Are 1jzgte and 2jzgte non vvti fuel rails interchangeable?

been told that they are almost the same except that the 2jz fuel rails don't mount up on the 1jz, thats why people just use the injectors from the 2jz and use their 1jz fuel rail.
both injectors fit in either rail.
previous toyo's - 2 celica's, 5 soarer's, cressida, corolla, 3 supra's, 2 celsior's
previous toyo engines - 18rc, 18rg, 7mgte x2, 1uzfe x5, 4agze, 1jzgte x2, 1ggte x2

Yup rails aren't interchangable.
