Default Where to buy KYB AGX shocks??

    Hi all
After some direction on best place to purchase KYB AGX shocks in Sydney. What sort of $$$ should I expect pay for a pair of SW20 MR2 rears part no. 765016??
I have found some on EBAY in the US and works out to $380 including postage which I thought was very reasonable. If anyone else knows of some good pricing, let me know.
    Cheers

I got mine through a local brake shop.

Most auto shops can order them in, as the suppliers get most of the gear through. The hardest part for getting these shocks is they weren't listed anywhere in their catalogues, but with the part number that's no hassle.

I paid $400 for my pair of the same shocks, the cost for me was up due to not having any around the local depot's so they had to get sent up from melbourne (I know the guys at the shop so that brought cost down a bit), expect to pay $450 or so for the pair through most places I'd say.

    Hey Jack

Give Wholesale Suspension a call. I just redid all of the suspension and steering components in my car and found them to be really well priced for what i wanted.

    Autobarn also sell them.

In saying that Wholesale suspension would be my first port of call.

On a side note; why agx's when koni's can be had for ~$500

I maybe favour KYB AGX over Koni.. The adjustment is both compression and droop. I think Koni yellows is only one way.
Also my rear koni yellows have started making funny noises. Kyb agx's are still going strong.
    Just IMHO

I havent had much luck with Koni's in the past. Always find them to clunk after a while and flog themselves out.
The adjustability on the KYB AGX more versatile as well.
Thanks for all the info guys, looks like I will go with a guy in the USA who will do the pair for $360 AU including postage to my door. Shame the OZZY $$$ isnt as strong as it was 6months ago, would be even cheaper!!
What are people running in the back of their Celica's these days? I was looking at the dimensions on LC/LJ Torana shocks and they actually look like a short stroke compatible shock for the 1st GEN Celica's.
Anyways, let me know what you're using and whether you're happy with them or not.

    I'd never call these criminals.

I've been torn a new one several times in the past 8 years.

    Avoid at all costs!
