Anybody know 1JZGTE cam specs?

Specifically i'm after the lobe centres (max lift in crank degrees) for factory inlet & exhaust 1JZGTE camshafts.

If you happen to know the lift & duration specs as well that might be handy too

For some reason I couldn't find these details with a google search?
