Default converting mx73 cressida to manual using the auto ecu

hey guys im in the middle of converting my mx73 cressida to manual using w58, it is an 86 model with a 5mge, as it sits at the moment the clutch pedal is in the flywheel and clutch is on and im waiting on a m series bellhousing, as i have a g series,

i know that if you wire up the saftey nutral switch so it thinks its in park or nutral and you you can start it, you loose reverse lights but can be easly regained, i was under the impression that it was two wires that you joit together and that was that..... i was obviously wrong, there is a bunch that come from the casing where the switch is located, they are the one that come from the drivers side of the tranny.

would anybody happen to know what the go is there it seems resonably simple but i just need to know what wires are what.

    thanks heaps guys.

Can't tell you what is what off the top of my head but remember there will be a handfull of wires that went from the selector to the indicator lights on the instrument cluster.

Your neutral start will usually be thicker than the others and in most cases is black w/ yellow trace.

I just wanted to add my two cents.
To bypass the old neutral start switch you bridge the black/white wire and the black wire in the three pin round plug with the heavy gauge wires.
To get reverse lights you need to connect the reverse switch to the yellow wire on the other round plug and the remaining wire on the three pin round plug (red/black).
nb: all wire colours are on the wiring harness side of the plug not the component side.
I hope that helps someone out in the future.
