What Size Exhaust and Intercooler Piping Sizes??

What Diameter exhaust 2.5inch or 3 inch would you recommend to run for a 4AGTE in and AE86 , what brand high flow cat and muffer also so as for max performance but trying to keep it as quite as possible.
Also what diameter Intercooler piping to run with a front mount 2inch or 2.5 inch ?.

What brand / part number of oil filter relocator and oil cooler are people also running ?

Is it best to run the intercooler inlet/ outlets on the top or on the bottom with the front mount and what is the best radiator and from what model car/ute or an AE86 so as intercooler piping can go between the front radiator pannel and radiator or have people just cut into the inner guards and plumbed it through and down to the cooler. Any pics of how people have done it would be appreciated.

you want max performance from your exhaust but as quiet as possible? geez you dont want it all do you!
obviously you would be better off with a 3in exhaust cause with turbos bigger is better, but youd get by with 2.5in. intercooler piping id go 2in.

depends how much power your looking at making a low boosted 4agte 2.5inch should be fine

I am looking at running about 12-13psi with a Rb25det turbo on a standard AE101 GZE.

Running 2.5 inch with that setup will be fine and help the response of the turbo. I found that 2.5 inch exhaust greatly restricted power above 160rwkw, and actually made my power curve go nearly dead flat above this on 18psi. If you will upgrade your turbo in the long run and run more boost, which i bet you will... go 3 inch. If not, go 2.5

Intercooler piping, go 2 inch.

OR... go for a 3inch dump pipe to cat, then 2.5inch after the cat.

like i said to you before m8 2-2.5 inch IC pipe will be sweet !!! any bigger is a waste of time!!
