G drop into your local Toyota dealer and pick up a genuine filter and some Toyota oil. 10W30 is correct for the VVTi engine, any thicker and the VVTi system will suffer. Also have a good look through the oil section in the local parts store, and consider using a synthetic oil with the the same weight. The synthetic oils are less likek\ly to "crack" at high temperatures, not leaving heavy deposits around the turbo bearings.
Diff and gearbox, use 85 grade in the box, and the same grade in the diff, just make sure you use LSD oil, if you have an LSD. Lotsa service centres do not have 85, and will fill your box with 90, which will cause stiffness in the gears, and gnashing of the synchro's.
Again check out your local parts store, or even go online for a search, now you know what grades you are looking at.
