How long is a piece of string?

    Does it matter?

Grab a bottle of Toyota Red 100% concentrate, and a 10L bottle of distilled water.
Put the whole bottle of Toyota Red in there, and then fill the system up with the distilled water until its full.

    Job done.

I would think 10-12 litres, so as cruzida has said a 5 ltr of ToyLL should do the trick. Put all the coolant in first and then top up with distilled water this should get the concentrate correct and flush the old stuff out before hand.

Most people say flush the old stuff out. So i have flushed the old stuff out with the old trusty garden hose but now there is residual NORMAL water in the system so unless you flush with distilled water, which lets be honest would be ridiculous to do, there will always be some UN-distilled water in the system. So why do I bother with distilled water at all?

I had bacon for breakfast so there are now fatty deposits on the insides of my arteries. Since there is already some there, why should I bother eating anything else at all?

Seriously though dude, the additives in Toyota Red will be able to 'neutralise' (for want of a better word) the impurities in the minute amount of left over tap water in the system. It won't do this as effectively with a full 5-7L of tap water.

And besides, if you crack the block drains that will drain 99% of the water in the block.
