What head gasket/VRS kit to buy 4AGZE

Its time for a rebuild of my 4AGZE map version and after looking around to find a good head gasket/VRS kit to buy I am more confused now.

I not intending to build a race engine but is it better in the long run to spend a bit more on ARP studs etc... or a Metal/ Copper head gasket? ACL race bearings.....

I am running an oversize crank pully using stock sc12 charger

How thick of an headgasket should I buy? What the stock thickness of the headgasket?

Get a Toyota rebuild kit, from either US/NZ as it will be cheaper.
Think about how tough these motors are from the factory, why fuck with what works.

ARP hardware would be overkill unless its cheap (flywheel bolts are cheaper in ARP than genuine if you try buy local lol)

nothing wrong with the genuine 4agze head gasket they can take alot. if you wanted to buy a MLS gasket, trd ones are decent. i think the stock headgasket thickness is .040" / 1mm.

what are you doing about an ecu ? what car is this in ?

7AFE's also use a MLS gasket. Only the head gasket and probably the exhaust manifold gasket will suit the 4AG/ZE heads.
ARP studs are well priced.
