We have available RWD & FWD manifolds. We keep a few in stock but generally made to order.

Both FWD (Suit all AE chassis) & RWD (AE86/KE70/KP61 plus other RWD engine bays)

That gets you a single entry manifold VHT coated with wastegate port. Divided setups are an extra $150NZD
Coatings are extra (They come sandblasted and painted in high temp VHT free of charge), we have the normal shiny Ceramic coating rated to 700C which is $140NZD, Satin black rated to 1000C is $170NZD

Flange suits both 16v/20v heads
Equal length runners
Ram Horm Style to maximise runner length
Long low angle merge collector to maximise flow into turbo
Material - 3.7mm Steam Tube SC40
Coatings - Optional Ceramic (700C) or Black Satin (1000C)
Turbo Flange - All flange types available please specify on cart check out (T25/T3/T4/T3 Divided/T4 Divided/TD05 etc)
Fully TIG welded
12mm Thick Flanges
M10 stainless steel studs & nuts provided
Optional wastegate port to suit 38mm 2 bolt Tial style - Must supply wastegate flanges if another type

Divided Flange Setups:
When using a twin scroll ex housing setup the runners are placed in the correct firing order to maximise the pulsing of the cylinders. This system is more complex to build which requires either 2x wastegate ports or a 2-1 wastegate setup.

2 Model types available for FWD:
Non Air Con setup - Turbo compressor housing faces cam belt side of engine meaning shorter IC piping can be done.
Air Con setup - Turbo compressor housing faces gearbox side.
Both models fit with Power Steering

1 Model Types for RWD - Top Mount, compressor angled facing towards head light. Works with all dizzy setups but its better to use coil packs on turbo setups.

All Manifolds come with a 10 year no crack warranty
If the model you choose is not in stock there is a 1-2 week lead time.

We can custom make to suit your requirements as well.

I think the AW11 needs a flatter style, the ram horn style prob wont fit.
I can easily make one though! just need to get someones AW11 so I can make a jig.

Woring on the FWD models first, then the RWD top mount. Then after that will do the AW11 version. Unless someone really wants to buy one now I could fit this in after the FWD stuff.

I'm not in a rush for one but when you get around to making them I'll probably take one off your hands.

I too would be interested in an aw11-suited turbo manifold in the next few months or so.

FWD ones are up next, we still need to find someone in NZ to test fit to the AW11 and go from there.
