VASS Engineer Recommendations Melbourne

I've got a 4age KE70 that I need to put through VASS approval to register it in Victoria. Can anyone recommend a good VASS engineer in Melbourne? I'm looking for someone who's actually a car enthusiast and isn't a pedantic PITA.

I would highly recommend JC. He did my ke11 many years ago, when he was at enklemans.

yes he's independent now.
likes hotrods, but works on real cars too!
