Default Reaching 300 WHP on Caldina 3SGTE GEN 5 ST 246,pleaae help ...

    Hi,
My caldina st246 is GEN5 with CT26 Turbo as I know and I want to reach 300 whp so my suggestion is to change Intake manifold, fuel injectors to 1000 cc,fuel pump (if needed) and blow 0.9 bar instead of stock 0.6 bar... Will it be enough?

P.S will TRD Sportivo suspension and TRD exhaust system serve me positive in this?

Inlet manifold is good for 600hp+ so don't change that. You don't need injectors that big for 300 hp. 800cc injectors are big enough, upgraded fuel pump is a good idea. You will need a programmable engine management.
The rods on the gen5 are weak, 300-350hp is the limit.
You will need to change the turbo as the stock one won't support that hp. You will need to change the manifold and run something like a Garrett GT2860 to have good response and power.

GT2860 is quiet cheap,u can buy it in approximately 200$ ,thats good,so fuel pump and intake manifold with turbo will be enough?

Turbo, manifold, 3 inch dump pipe and exhaust system + pump and injectors. You will need to do something with the intercooler as well either convert to water to air or put a front mount intercooler. Tuning is the key as well so factor in an ecu as well.

Ok,so basically I need full Turbo kit, with manifold and dump pipe, fuel pump and 800 cc injectors... I have everhthing ok with exhaust system its TRD and everything ok with intake cause as CUTS said it can handle 600 hp... And what about the cooler? Why do I have to change it? I have both of them,1 for oil and 1 for water...

The stock air to air intercooler is not sufficient to cool air and suffers from heat soak as it sits on the top of the engine and cops all the radiant heat from the turbo/exhaust manifold.

Front mount will allow you to achieve much lower intake temps.

More than that as piping will need extensive modification as well. You can get the front mount behind the standard bumper just takes a lot patience and planning.
